The staff was friendly and accommodating. They arranged airport transportation. They also offered free water during the dry season, it was refreshing. The hotel's proximity to the Grand Palace and reclining Buddha proved to be advantageous. I could walk there. I appreciated the early breakfast option.

the staff was helpful and readily provided a map upon arrival. bottled water was available in the fridge near reception, free . the location was quite convenient to nearby attractions.

the walls were very thin, allowing a lot of noise to pass through. i could hear conversations and other sounds from neighboring rooms. the air conditioning unit was positioned directly facing the bed. this made it uncomfortably cold during the night.

The staff displayed warmth and efficiency. It was acceptable.

The room lacked proper ventilation because of a small window behind a jalousie. It hindered fresh air circulation and made drying clothes impossible. The air conditioner could not compensate for this issue.
